1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by DOB Plastering Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not proceed with our services.


2. Services

DOB Plastering Services Ltd provides professional plastering services to domestic and commercial clients, including but not limited to interior plastering, exterior rendering, skimming, ceiling repair, and renovation projects. All services are subject to availability and an agreed-upon quotation.


3. Quotations and Pricing

3.1 All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Quotations are based on information provided at the time of inspection. Any variations or additional work may incur further charges.
3.3 Prices include labour and materials unless otherwise specified.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in your quotation.
4.2 Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
4.4 We reserve the right to withhold further services until payment is received in full.


5. Cancellations and Delays

5.1 You may cancel your booking by providing at least 48 hours’ notice in writing.
5.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and materials.
5.3 DOB Plastering Services Ltd will not be held liable for delays due to weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Site Access and Client Responsibilities

6.1 The client shall ensure safe and unobstructed access to the premises for the duration of the works.
6.2 The client must ensure that the site is prepared and cleared in advance of scheduled work.
6.3 The client shall be responsible for securing pets, valuables, and any personal belongings during works.


7. Workmanship and Guarantees

7.1 We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship. Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported in writing within 14 days.
7.2 We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on plastering services unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, external forces, or failure to maintain the property.


8. Liability

8.1 We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2 We carry full public liability insurance.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of DOB Plastering Services Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.


10. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and store client data only for the purposes of providing services and managing accounts. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. For full details, please see our [Privacy Policy].


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


12. Amendments
